We were at Straits Quay a few days ago, to set up a buffet line for the launch of an art gallery. The menu comprised tuna sandwiches, curry puffs, cream puffs, fried fish fillet, orange cordial, hot coffee and tea. Besides the food, the tables and chairs together with the white tablecloths were provided by us. While feasting their eyes on the gorgeous paintings, the guests also enjoyed yummy food.

Catering Penang Team had held an event that include breakfast, lunch and hi-tea setup for a renowned factory in Bayan Lepas for two days. Breakfast menu comprised vegetarian curry puff, pita bread with mushroom kebab. Other than that, the desserts are chocolate moist cake and hot coffee.
The lunches were a fun play between spices and flavors. Vegetarian fried rice, dalcha, tandoori chicken, ayam masak merah, basmati briyani rice, baked seafood thermido, mutton rendang, vegetarian kebab, cereal fried prawn, dory fish with black pepper sauce, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup and garlic bread, assorted fruits, custard tart, salad with thousand island sauce. Lastly, orange cordial was served.
Tea break was light and delightful with servings like cheesy wedges, mushroom quiche, doughnuts, cupcakes, bengkang ubi, and hot coffee.
In addition, We use ceramic plates and cups.

Catering Penang DotCom catered for an event in Kulim, Kedah. Factory buffet catering. Halal. It was a very imp0rtant catering event with VIPs. Other than that, the factory was having its opening ceremony. Besides, the event organizer was quite selective of the type of food to be catered.
Besides, as usual we took care and placed importance in ensuring that everything went smoothly in terms of the food catering.
A buffet breakfast catering at Lebuh Cannon, Penang was served in early July. An old and illustrious clan house on Lebuh Cannon requested for our catering services. So, we arrange this buffet breakfast lebuh cannon and it went well for that day. It was an important session in line with its heritage status with government officers in attendance. So, in line with Penang state government guidelines, Catering Penang DotCom had to ensure that our cutlery were of top notch quality biodegradable plates, cups and forks and spoons.

This evening hi-tea buffet catering in Penang Road, Penang was for a gallery opening launch event recently. It catered for 100 pax. Then, this 8 item menu was very much a Western style food catering affair with a hint of the exotic East. Next, with the exception of the spaghetti and the salad, the rest were primarily finger food, catered for the convenience of those moving around mingling with the crowd and looking at the exhibits on display.
