Finger Food for a Fabulous Art Gallery

We were at Straits Quay a few days ago, to set up a buffet line for the launch of an art gallery. The menu comprised tuna sandwiches, curry puffs, cream puffs, fried fish fillet, orange cordial, hot coffee and tea. Besides the food, the tables and chairs together with the white tablecloths were provided by us. While feasting their eyes on the gorgeous paintings, the guests also enjoyed yummy food.

We had the opportunity to get a closer look at the paintings too. Trust us, they would beautify your homes or office spaces in no time.

A renowned law firm from Kuala Lumpur extended their horizons to Penang and we were delighted to be part of their opening ceremony at the heart of Georgetown. Our team had held their law firm opening ceremony with our services. Most of the finger food and sweet items were artistically arranged at the facade of the office and savory meals were brought over from the kitchen by our staffs. Colors and flavors definitely worked in harmony.

Hi-Tea for Malaysian Artists & Art Lovers

Catering Penang DotCom arranged a Hi-Tea session in an Art Gallery along Beach Street. We serve Tomyam Fried Bihun which is simple stir fry rice bihun with tom yam paste. This flavored noodles is famous for its light, sweet yet savory and sourish taste. Certainly very appealing for those who enjoy Thai food. Another menu is Fried Chicken and Belacan combination. Belacan which is made from shrimp paste and east Malaysia is famous for the production of their own belacan. At this point, it is widely used in many Malaysian dishes, roast it pre-hand to get a more intense flavour.
