A few weeks ago, we prepared a buffet catering lunch at Batu Maung for a total of 45 pax. As per the corporate company, we set up a menu comprising Malaysian delights and a chicken pie. While the setting was kept simple and neat. What truly impressed the guests were the combination of spices in every mouthful of the sambal and curry. Not forgetting the resoundingly crispy fried chicken topped with fried onions. For a sweet note, what’s better than cream puffs!
