Hi-Tea for Malaysian Artists & Art Lovers
Catering Penang DotCom arranged a Hi-Tea session in an Art Gallery along Beach Street. We serve Tomyam Fried Bihun which is simple stir fry rice bihun with tom yam paste. This flavored noodles is famous for its light, sweet yet savory and sourish taste. Certainly very appealing for those who enjoy Thai food. Another menu is Fried Chicken and Belacan combination. Belacan which is made from shrimp paste and east Malaysia is famous for the production of their own belacan. At this point, it is widely used in many Malaysian dishes, roast it pre-hand to get a more intense flavour.
As a result, all the host of established and emerging Malaysia artists enjoyed their meal while enjoying the moment of togetherness.
