Our catering service has bee long admired for offering vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. While meat eaters have been enjoying our grilled lamb live station, vegetarians too have their fair share of choices. One of our previous vegetarian catering events featured a Malaysian-style buffet. This time, vegetarian action stalls such as Char Koay Teow and Rojak were the stars.
Vegetarian Char Koay Teow Live Station
This stir-fried noodles has been a crowd favourite since day one. The instant stir-frying is eye-catching and releases an aroma that permeates throughout the area. The char koay teow is done the Penang-style, a drier version with soy sauces and vegetarian fish cakes, bean sprouts and chives. The option to alter the spicy level if there are kids in the event is a plus point. The catering event was held in an orphanage centre in Batu Maung, adding up to 60 pax including the guests. The hot dish was served on disposable plates from Green Eco Paradise, which are biodegradable.

Since it is a kids-centric catering, the menu is a mix of colours and textures. Nyonya kuih and rojak counters was gaining attention once they ate Char Koay Teow. It was easy for them to eat these finger food. For dessert, there is better choice than a cooling bowl of ice kacang.
