Catering Penang DotCom was tasked recently with a product launch catering in Batu Maung to serve for the customers of our client. This Product Launch Catering in Batu Maung event was a 2 weekend affair in which we came up with a menu of variety and setting that suited the event and kept our client happy. The catering was for 100 pax per day for this Hi Tea Buffet.
This was a lunch affair where we provided the setting and buffet tables. We provided the tablecloths and table skirting as well as the waiters to serve the guests.
Day 1
- Tomato rice

- Deep fried prawns with garlic plum sauce
- Mix vegetables stir fried
- Bali pineapple & watermelon slices
- Lycee lime cordial
Day 2
- Ginger rice
- Bawal fish curry with lady fingers
- Spicy fried chicken
- Sausages black pepper
- Kailan oysters with salted fish
- Banana & guava slices
- Ice lemon tea
Day 3
- Ghee rice
- Chicken kurma with potatoes
- Mutton rendang
- Egg sambal kacang
- Timun nenas kerabu kacang
- Orange & apple slices
- Mango lime cordial
Day 4
- Carrot rice
- Chicken masak merah
- Deep fried prawn with plum sauce
- Crab claw masala
- Mixed vegetables with Japanese tauhu
- Honey dew & pineapple slices
- Tropical drinks
